West Coast rookie Simon Tunbridge has accepted a three-match AFL ban after being charged twice for separate incidents in their one-point round 21 win over Greater Western Sydney.

Tunbridge was given a one-week ban for striking GWS defender Adam Kennedy and a two-match ban for engaging in rough conduct on the same player.

He will miss West Coast's crucial next two games against Hawthorn and Adelaide, as well as the first week of the AFL finals.
